Begining life as a sole trader-ship in 2010, V.P.S Ltd was formed off the back of 4 successful years supplying Artwork and Printing Plates to corrugated and paper bag manufacturers. Now running an Art department with over 80 years of combined experience in supplying Flexographic ready Artwork and turning around high quality Solid printing plates as main supply to many small and medium packaging manufacturers and additional supply to large manufacturers.
Artwork
At V.P.S we pride ourselves on producing Flexographic ready artwork at a cost way below the national average with 95% of requests, depending upon complexity, being supplied within a few short hours.
Compliant Programmes Include: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and QuarkXpress.
Preferred File Formats Include: AI, EPS, PDF, Vector.
Tiff, JPG or BMP files are all acceptable visuals for quotation.
Platemaking & Pre-Setting
Whether requiring high quality Solid or advanced Digital Kodak plates, a simple 1 colour plate or
multi-coloured registered pre-set plates, V.P.S can manufacture, pre-set and deliver 24 to 48 hours from approved Artwork.
If required, full colour Kodak digital proofs can be produced which customers can mount at a competitive rate.
To limit waste and keep costs down, V.P.S can also re-set old plates or match plate heights and replace damaged part plates.
Plate Machine Sizes: Solid Plate: 80" x 50" (Max) Digital Plate: 45" x 40" (Max).
